1. Activating this function we are required to measure the area of diastolic left ventricle in 4 rooms. Holding down the left mouse button will wrap the cursor to the area of the left ventricle. Releasing the right mouse button automatically closes the figure, appears the longitudinal axis of the left ventricle and suggestions will be shown in the display area and length values calculated. |

2. We can select the end-systolic frame. We are required to measure the left ventricular area in 4 rooms. Holding down the left mouse button will wrap the cursor to the area of the left ventricle. Releasing the right mouse button automatically closes the figure, appears the long axis of the left ventricle and suggestions will be shown in the display area and the values of longitudinal systolic diameter. We are being asked to change the DICOM file (2Ch). |

3. We are being asked to change the DICOM file (2Ch). Changed the file by selecting the File DICOM 2 tab, we are asked to measure the left ventricular diastolic area in the 2 rooms. Select the diastolic frame, then hold down the left mouse button will wrap the cursor to the area of the left ventricle. Releasing the right mouse button automatically closes the figure, appears the long axis of the left ventricle and suggestions in the display will show the values of the area, length and volume of the left ventricle diastolic biplane. |

Releasing the right mouse button automatically closes the figure, appears the long axis of the left ventricle and suggestions in the display will show the values of the area, the longitudinal end-systolic diameter, end-systolic volume and ejection fraction by the method biplane Simpson. |

| N.B. for measurements of ventricular volumes may at any time change the position of the longitudinal axis, moving the extremes by acting on the right mouse button. For each set of measurements taken action on the delete key to erase the results to display on the figures and drawings. |
