Major changes:

• Added the support to JPEG2000 format, now is possible to export images in JPEG2000 format (.jp2) and open DICOM files containing JPEG2000 image with lossless and lossy compression.
• Added the new panel Modify Image that include some graphic linear and non linear filters, histogram, reflections, rotations, point transformations etc. Chronology of filters, copy & paste filters operation etc.
• Correct some bugs on window width and window center controls.
